Terms & Conditions for the Flower Arranging Workshop With Sweet Pea Flowers
We hope you are going to have a fabulous experience at our workshop. Please ensure that you read the following terms & conditions carefully.
Places for this course are payable in full at time of booking.
Your place is confirmed only when we have received full payment and a confirmation email has been sent to the email address you have provided.
As this is a one-off event, bookings cannot be cancelled or exchanged, they are non-refundable. However in extreme circumstances refunds or cancellations will be considered if they are received in writing 4 weeks prior to the workshop. They are at the sole discretion of the Director and subject to a £25
cancellation fee.
Sweet Pea Flowers Ltd reserves the right to alter the content of the workshops due to circumstances beyond our control.
Sweet Pea Flowers Ltd is not liable for any personal injury that may be sustained whilst attending this workshop.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your experience, please send your complaint in writing within 14 days to the address found on the Contact page and we will address the matter within 7 days for you.
